Parking

Parking accommodations to be provided by the owner at no cost. Maximum two parking spaces required unless alternative arrangements are made between owner and Paint Your Condo to have more painters on-site. The owner agrees to pay for any additional parking fees incurred during the project. This does not include parking tickets.

Costs for Painting Whole Condos

• One (1) Bedroom Condos: Assumes floor area of condo is equal to or less than 750 square feet. Price to be renegotiated if larger than 750 square feet.
• Two (2) Bedroom Condos: Assumes floor area of condo is equal to or less than 1000 square feet. Price to be renegotiated if larger than 1000 square feet.
• Three (3) Bedroom Condos: Assumes floor area of condo is equal to or less than 1250 square feet. Price to be renegotiated if larger than 1250 square feet.

Colours

Ceilings to receive pure white flat paint. Baseboards, door slabs & frames, window casings and any other trim to receive pure white semi-gloss paint. Prices to be renegotiated if alternative colours for these project areas are requested.

Colour Schedule

Customer to fill out and submit provided colour schedule form minimum of three business days prior to project start date.

Content Manipulation

Quote assumes project areas will be ready for painting; furniture removed from room or pushed to centre of room leaving minimum four feet (4′) of workspace around walls.

Condo Access

Customer to provide access to condo between hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Cleaning & Access to Water

Customer must provide access to a sink and water for cleaning tools and brushes. Access to a stainless-steel sink preferred.

Recycling & Garbage

Empty paint cans and any other recyclable materials to be recycled properly at owner’s condo. All garbage created by painting work to be disposed down condo garbage chutes.
