We ask that you remove wall art and pictures, empty closets (if they will be painted), and move furniture to the middle of the room—about three feet away from the walls. We can assist with heavy items.

Nope. No need to rinse or wash walls before painting. We will give all walls scuff sand prior to applying any paints on the wall to remove debris and dirt.
Before painting, we will wipe them down. However, if they require extra cleaning, there may be additional charge for this at the time of invoicing.
Yes, our professional painting company in Toronto, Paint My Condo, offers popcorn ceiling removal. We have a skilled team dedicated to removing outdated popcorn textures, providing a modern and clean look to your ceilings.
We can help move large items, but not personal items. This includes art, valuables or personal belongings. Be sure to give us a heads up so we can provide appropriate staffing to get those items moved.
PMC is fully WSIB compliant and carries $5,000,000 in liability insurance, well above the $2,000,000 industry standard. We are also bonded for good measure.
Our preferred method of payment is Email Money Transfers for their ease of use and convenience. However, we accept all forms of payment including Cash, Cheque, or Credit Card, as well.

Coverage Period: 3 Years from the Effective Completion Date
The TPH Group Inc. (“TPH”) and its subsidiaries, including PaintMyCondo.com, is proud to stand behind the quality of our workmanship. This warranty is provided to give our clients peace of mind and confidence in the services we deliver.
1. Warranty Coverage
This warranty applies to all residential painting services provided by TPH and covers the following:
Peeling, Cracking, or Flaking Paint: If the paint fails due to improper surface preparation or application techniques by our team.
Workmanship Defects: Issues arising from errors in our application processes or materials provided by the Company.
Exterior Painting: Coverage includes peeling or blistering caused by improper preparation or application (not weather-related).
2. Warranty Limitations
This warranty does not cover:
Normal Wear and Tear: Fading, chalking, or other deterioration due to exposure to sunlight, moisture, or other environmental factors over time.
Structural Defects: Cracks, shifting, or settling in walls, ceilings, or woodwork.
Moisture Damage: Including water leaks, excessive humidity, mold, or mildew.
Failure of Previous Coatings: Issues related to pre-existing conditions or the improper application of previous paint layers.
Customer Negligence: Damage caused by the customer including cleaning with abrasive materials, chemicals, or high-pressure washing.
Acts of Nature: Damage caused by fire, flood, wind, or other natural disasters.
3. Warranty Conditions
To maintain the validity of this warranty, the following conditions must be met:
Full payment for the project must have been received.
The affected area(s) must be inspected by TPH prior to any warranty-related work.
The issue must be reported within 30 days of discovery.
4. Warranty Remedies
If a defect covered under this warranty is confirmed, TPH will:
Repair the affected area(s) by reapplying paint or performing necessary touch-ups.
If repair is not feasible, TPH reserves the right to provide a refund for the affected portion of the work.
TPH’s liability is limited to the cost of labour and materials for the warranted repair or refund.

6. Transferability
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original property owner for whom the services were performed.

Yes, you can. However, an additional cost may occur since your price already includes the highest quality paint from top manufacturers. We are happy to substitute this out for a brand of your choice.
Yes, we will credit you $25 per gallon for paint provided. Please note, if you do provide your own paint, we cannot provide a warranty as we cannot guarantee its quality or storage conditions.
We require a 40% deposit with 60% of the remaining balance due on completion.
We only use paints with VERY low or zero VOC’s (Volatile Organic Compounds). Smells will be very minimal, if at all. All paints are safe for human interaction.
Yes, all of our paints are safe for human interaction. Make sure to have proper air circulation throughout your home.
Yes. We always use drop sheets in areas of work. If you prefer an extra layer of precaution, we offer the option to lay down paper or Ram Board for an additional cost. This is particularly beneficial for larger renos, spaces with newly installed floors, or upscale apartments and condos. If requested, we can provide pricing for this service during the estimate stage.
Any remaining paint is left with the homeowner for later use as touch up paint. Upon request, we will remove and safely dispose of any leftover paint.
